Pigeon Impossible.....

Guess what i found......if u said snow, ure wrong. I actually found a very well made animation from Lucas Martell. Its a very good animation and thats not suprising as it took 5 years to make. the result is very good so that 5 years wasnt a waste and he came out of it a genius so i would say this short animation has made his career and he will most likely go on to do greater things thatll take him less than 5 years. any ways watch the animation and visit his site and blog and enjoy.

Artists Statement

I am a self-taught CG animator constantly seeking new challenges to tackle, new practices to master and new images to create. My favourite phrase is B.B.T.O.S. This phrase means Bring Back The Old School and this is a theme that I try to implement into my creations. There is no future without a past and this also applies to design and animation.

Everything nowadays is trying to be futuristic or modern and for most to achieve this they abandon the designs and thoughts created by the past and endeavour on a creative process to create something very different. I do not think this approach is wrong but I believe that the illusion that the result was purely a result of the creative journey is a lie. In everything modern or futuristic there is a glimpse of the past and I believe that we should make these glimpses windows, and one day we can make them half the creation without denial of the origin.
